Our services towards you, the Client, ends after all our vendors have delivered. This includes delivery from the photographers and videographers introduced by us. Highflyers Events reserves the right to turn down any jobs where it discovers that relevant information was exempted from our notice- where such information is an important subject matter that could have determined certain decisions towards the event.

Highflyers Events must pay any balance for our services and ANY VENDORS PROVIDED BY US before the wedding. All Vendors’ balances would be kept in our care and only delivered to the Vendors upon execution of their job, barring any unforeseen circumstances or failures on their part.

Highflyers Events is responsible for ensuring all our vendors do their work according to plan. Highflyers Events works with both our vendors and our client’s service providers, and as long as we are working together on an event, we would like our clients to inform their vendors that they have to take to our orders and demands in respect to what has been agreed by the client, we would also like to be introduced to them formally so they know who to report to for a hitch-free event experience. Highflyers Events would like to be informed if any family member /friends will be providing any service provider apart from ours so we are informed who their services are for and can include their vendor in the floor plan so they do not interfere with the preset plans.
